Deposit policy

To book an on-site estimate visit, we collect a $150 deposit by card through Stripe. Here's what happens to it.

If you hire us

The full $150 is credited against your final invoice for the paint job quoted during the visit.

If you don't hire us

The deposit is non-refundable. It covers the painter's time and travel to measure your home, inspect surfaces and prepare your confirmed quote. You keep the written quote either way.

Rescheduling and cancelling

  • Reschedule for free up to 24 hours before your visit.
  • If we cancel or miss the visit, we refund the full deposit.
  • If the confirmed quote is more than 15% above your online estimate range for the same scope, you can ask for a full refund.

How long the credit lasts

The credit applies to work booked within 90 days of your visit.

Renters

Please get your landlord's permission before your visit. If your landlord says no, contact us before the visit and we'll refund the deposit.
